The UPS Store is located inside the Charlotte Convention Center near the entrance on College Street. Please note that children under 18 years old are not permitted in the education sessions or the Exposition (to include the Opening Reception in the Exposition). This includes children in strollers and carriers.

There are two Mother’s Rooms located in the Convention Center: one located by the Richardson Ballroom Section B and one located across from room W211. Each room is equipped with a chair, stool, and refrigerator. These rooms are private and can be locked.
